Living the Kind Life with MyKind Organics...
This year has been a rude awakening for me on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I'm in my prime after all, although I won't disclose my age lol, but I have taken more precautions on what I'm eating daily and the vitamins I consume. A few months ago, I started to take One -A-Day Multivitamins for women that I picked up in the grocery store and ingested daily. After a while though, I started to notice a decrease in my energy levels. I found myself staring at the back of the labels wondering what exactly were the ingredients I was ingesting into my body. When I took a closer look, I was amazed at how manufactured some of the ingredients were and how many chemicals were contained inside of one pill. That's when I threw the bottle away and discovered MyKind Organics Multivitamins. My best friend informed me about the product and I did some research and discovered a whole new way of thinking about vitamins.
WONDERING: WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE AND WHAT IS IN THEM??
To my surprise, I went to the Garden Of Life website and found that they teamed up with the amazing Alicia Silverstone to create this wonderful product. Alicia, if you dont know, is a vegan who is an advocate for overall health. Awesome! Her story was interesting in that she could't find a vitamin on the market that didn't have chemicals, was strictly Non-GMO and vegan anywhere. This is where MyKind Organics was born. You can find them in many of your local health stores and grocery stores including Whole Foods, Target, Bristol Farms, and Erewhon Super Market. You can also purchase them online pretty much everywhere. They have an assortment of products including Vitamin B-12 spray, Women and Men's Multivitamins, Vitamin D spray and Multivitamin Chewables for the whole family! Just to show you the difference of this product vs. the normal One-A-Day Multivitamins, I posted both of the labels below so you could see for yourself!
In comparing the two brands, you will notice that the MyKind Organics brand is filled with nothing but organic food blends and all things good for you. The One-A-Day brand is filled with ingredients that contain some chemicals and substances that are foreign. Knowing all of this now, would you change your vitamin intake? The choice is yours!
