Cook Mom the best meal of her life under 10 minutes with Ready Chef Go!

Hey Mom! What's for dinner? This was my all-time favorite question growing up. My mother is an excellent cook and baker, in fact, as a child, while she was busy cutting vegetables in the kitchen, I was snooping around trying to steal and eat her famous sweet rolls that she would make for my family's restaurant (Whoops!) She is the modern day Julia Child to me. I have always adored her cooking but unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough to inherit her amazing culinary skills. I love food in all ways, I just don't like to cook. Recently, I came across some pre-packaged meals in the Seafood/Deli section of my local supermarket and they were packaged in these Ready Chef Go bags! I was curious to find out how they worked, especially since I hate to cook and the instructions were simple. The outcome was amazing! I found out that these bags were sold online at www.readychefgobags.com and I purchased them because I wanted to make my own meals at the house. Since using them, I have found a newfound respect for food. The beautiful thing about these bags is that they literally cook an entire meal in just minutes, with barely any cleanup. Such a saver in time and effort! Today, I will teach you how to impress mom by cooking Shrimp Scampi under 10 minutes with Ready Chef Go and it's like having your own personal chef in the kitchen, without the mess. You'll be having mom saying, "Hunny, what's for dinner?" Eat up kids and Consider Dinner Done.

WONDERING: How to make Shrimp Scampi under 10 minutes with Ready Chef Go!

SHRIMP SCAMPI: INGREDIENTS: WHAT YOU'LL NEED: (Serves 3-4 people)

  • 1 lb of peeled shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1/6 cup of white wine (or 8 teaspoons)
  • 3/4 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of white mushrooms
  • 1 16oz bag of pasta or 1 16oz bag of zucchini noodles (healthy option)

Place the shrimp in either one Ready. Chef. Go!™ cooking bag or split the shrimp evenly between two Ready. Chef. Go!™ cooking bags. The meal can be cooked in one bag; but this extends the cooking time.
